Sue Shaffer Learning Commons and Library: Chat

1. From umpqua.edu click STUDENTS at the top of the page (you will need to click the hamburger button () and select Student Login if you are using an iPad/tablet).
   
2. Click the Login button at the Student Login page.
   
3. Use your UCC student email (800XXXXXX@umpua.edu) at the Microsoft login screen.
4. Enter your UCC password.
5. Use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or enter the security code sent via text message to authenticate your login.
