Why Can't I access my student account?
If you are having trouble accessing your student account, you may be logged into your browser with your personal email. This can be resolved by opening a private window or creating a profile for your UCC account.
- Google Chrome
- Private (Incognito) window
- Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the New Incognito window option (it will be the third option listed).
- Creating a UCC profile:
- Click the user icon symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Once the user icon is clicked, select Add in the Other profiles section.
- Choose Continue without an account.
- Name the profile and click done.

- Microsoft Edge
- Private (InPrivate) window:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the New InPrivate window option (it will be the third option listed).
- Creating a UCC profile:
- Click the user icon symbol in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Once the user icon is clicked, select Set up new personal profile.
- A second tab will open. Click Use another account.
- Use your UCC credentials for the account.
