How do I reset my multifactor authentication (MFA)/phone number update
Please contact the UCC Student Tech Help Desk at 541-440-4711 or use the Chat with us now! button during our regular hours to update your phone number for multifactor authentication (MFA)/get help with the Microsoft Authenticator app. You can also contact the UCC IT helpdesk by phone, 541-440-7808, or use IT Live Chat Help at the bottom of the page here after we are closed.
Emailing the Student Help Desk works as well. We will get back to you as soon as possible during regular hours. Please note that we will need to verify information by phone or with the Chat with us now! button before we can help with your Microsoft Authenticator app/update your phone number for MFA.
