I forgot my Canvas password.
Answer
Canvas is accessed via single sign on with UCC Microsoft credentials. If you've forgotten your Microsoft password, go to the Student Login page, scroll to the bottom of the page, click the Need to reset your password link and follow the instructions:
- Go to reset.umpqua.edu to update your password.
- Enter the following email address using your student ID: 800xxxxxx@umpqua.edu.
- A 6-digit code will be emailed to your personal email account.
- Use the code to reset your password within 15 minutes.
